i got ban for GR1.1, GR1.2 from 5 Months ago
I appreciate your response.
However, I don’t understand the point of recovering my account if it’s going to be completely wiped. What’s the benefit of getting it back if I’m going to lose everything I had?
The account was hacked, and the ban was issued while it was out of my control. I managed to recover the account, and now I’m being punished for something I didn’t do.
I kindly ask you to reconsider the wipe. I believe a fair solution can be reached without erasing all my progress.
