I'm gonna be honest and truthful, the current state of LifeInvader is dead, it is a dead org with no functioning leadership or purpose, at this time at least. BUT, that doesn't mean that LifeInvader is a lost cause. This is where I come in, with my experience in being 4th and 3rd in charge of LSPD and USSS, I have the dedication it takes to bring back activity to LifeInvader, being in the recruitment/field training office in SAHP, LSPD, and USSS. This gives me direct experience in making orgs that were once inactive and unable to function once again active while at the same time making it FUN. I've been fired from USSS for having fun with the people I recruited, and trained. If I were the leader of LifeInvader I can bring this fun yet very active and competitive mindset to an organization that truly needs it without having to worry about some guy firing me just because I was dancing in the lobby. In fact, having fun will be one of my requirements for all members of LifeInvader. I am a humble person who does everything to make sure the people working for him are happy and have their needs met and addressed properly. I am known for promoting positive reinforcement, meaning that when there are times where I could punish people for doing certain things wrong, I chose not to, rather I address that issue and show them positively how to fix it so that they do not feel discouraged or upset while at the same time everyone is doing what they need to be doing. This is something that most org leaders need to learn how to do with an exception of a few *cough cough charles ranveer flames and gabi are the only nice org leaders cough cough*. In addition to this mindset,, I will be bringing activity, 14 hours+ daily of activity to be exact. I am currently unemployed due to having a warn for a week for flying a drone, but by the time the selections for leader are over, I will be more than ready to take on the challenges of making LifeInvader great again.
