1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
1. I’ve served as deputy in all EN3 gangs, gaining valuable leadership experience. I’m confident in my ability to make East Side Ballas the most active and organized gang in the city, with consistent events, RP engagements, and presence throughout the term.
2. Under my leadership, there will be zero tolerance for rule breaks or favoritism. I will ensure that every gang member is treated equally, with no bias in ranks or opportunities. All actions will follow proper RP standards to maintain a clean record and respectful reputation.
3. Many gangs disband early due to Rulebreaks . I commit to running the full term with high activity and stability. My ultimate goal is 100% turf control, achieved through strategy, dedication, and teamwork not rule violations.
4. I want to bring the kind of gang RP that actually adds to the server, not just run-and-gun stuff. We’ll have proper interactions with LEOs, rival gangs, civilians the kind of RP that builds stories, rivalries, and memorable moments. That’s what makes gang life in the city exciting.
5. To me, a good gang isn’t just about turf or money it’s about the people in it. I want to create a space where members actually enjoy logging in, helping each other out, and building friendships that go beyond just one RP scene. Everyone will have a voice, and everyone will feel like they belong.

- Consistently engage in robberies and various hostage situations.
- Strive to be the most active and dominant gang in the city.
- Enforce gang boundaries and strictly uphold organizational rules.
- Aim to achieve 100% turf control and complete all graffiti coverage.
- Commit to fulfilling the full term of leadership.
- Assign deputy roles only to capable and trustworthy members.
- Maximize participation in events while strictly adhering to server rules for illegal organizations, minimizing mistakes by members.
- Maintain a clear vision for the growth and development of the organization, implementing strategies and activities that enhance the overall experience for all members.
