Dear Senior Administration
Good morning and good evening
i would like to say some words from side to an incident from my side I was previously banned for using an inappropriate Word (GR 19 – N-word) and I fully accept responsibility for my actions I have already served the punishment for that behavior and Im writing this message not to avoid consequences but to express my genuine regret and ask if it's possible to clear this history from my ID.
At the time of the incident, I had recently joined a gang where slang language was more commonly used I had previously always been part of LEO'S organizations, where such language is not tolerated Unfortunately during a stress moment I used a word that I deeply regret something that came out without thinking and not with any racist intent.
I now understand the weight and impact of that word and I’m truly ashamed of my actions As someone from a Muslim country who believes in respecting all people equally, I never meant to offend anyone I take full responsibility and promise to be more mindful and respectful moving forward.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I truly hope you’ll consider clearing this from my record if possible.
