CONCERNS REGARDING RULE BREACHES DURING RP TICKETS EVENT

i dont mean to come off as harsh or disrespectful, but i strongly feel that something needs to be addressed regarding the RP tickets event.
This event is supposed to be about fun, teamwork, and fair competition - yet it seems certain families ( ONE IN PARTICULAR ) are consistently using unfair methods to gain an advantage.
as mentioned in previous reports by other members of my family, we used to encounter a hacker who would show up and shoot RPGs at us whenever we were winning. We sincerely appreciate that this issue was resolved thanks to the efforts the admin team has put to that.
unfortunately, we are now experiencing a new problem, again involving the same family. This time, one of their members was on an illegal roof using an LMG to shoot us immediately after entering the circle , obviouesly he had an advantage as he was high ground. Let me remind you there is no way on earth that you can access this roof that fast unless, i repeat UNLESS you either started in the circle prior to us entering and the other option is you F1 before the event in that spot and spawn there after the event starts. (( WHICH BOTH ARE AGAINST THE RULES))
this feels like yet another deliberate attemp to exploit the system when they aren't winning through normal gameplay.
i would like to respectfully request the POV from the killer involved as per my POV for the following reasons :
1. to understand how they accessed the roof,which seems to be in a restricted area.
2. To verify why an LMG was being used, considering this is an RP ticket event and such heavy weaponry appreas against the rules.
3. To raise a broader conern: it feels like whenever this specific family is not in control of the win, we end up loosing due to some rule-breaking tactic. This has become a pattern, and it's deeply frustrating for those of us trying to play fairly.
