"I hereby appeal the penalty I have received, which is entirely based on false accusations. Anticipating that such a situation might occur, I sent a message to Mr. Alex Odd on 29 July 2025. However, he did not see my message. The exact content of my message was as follows:"
Dear Alex Odd,
I’m sorry to bother you, but there are some things that have been really upsetting me. When we open a forum about certain people, we either get no result at all or end up being the ones facing trouble. Even when I open a forum with a clear and justified case, I get accused of slander, and it gets rejected with the reason “No Description Provided.”
I share all the POV recordings I have and provide a very detailed and lengthy explanation — and yet this time, it's not even reviewed, even after several days. Strangely, the other party receives no punishment. On top of that, they continue their slander and even open false reports against me, despite being clearly in the wrong.
I kindly ask for your sensitivity regarding this matter. Without justice, the city becomes an extremely frustrating place. A few people with connections seem to get away with anything they want.
Out of respect for your fairness and leadership, I would like to present the situation in order:

The situation is very clear and straightforward. I shared the full, unedited recording—starting from the POV of the person I was talking to—because the people who actually killed me were not penalized, as their POV began only after they killed me. I included the entire footage, including the part of the conversation that may seem unnecessary, in order to provide full context.
These individuals were the ones who attempted to deceive the admin and who should have been penalized instead of me. Initially, they claimed that I had shot at them first and that this justified killing me, but the admin had rejected their forum due to insufficient evidence. In response, I submitted the full recording I had, which clearly shows that I never drew a weapon, never fired a shot, and that I was completely innocent.
However, despite this, they reopened the case by misleading another admin, and they falsely accused me. Two different admins reviewed the two separate forums, and because they were unaware of the full context, Ms. Donna Hill issued me a 14-day ban.
I play social roleplay to relieve stress and have fun. But in this case, I was not only unfairly killed in-game, but also received a 14-day ban as a result. My character has been living in the city for 43 days, during which I have worked relentlessly, traded extensively, and earned money. The payment for House 251 is currently due in 13 days, and I have received a 14-day ban.
This means that in addition to the unjust penalty, my house will be taken away from me due to the ban. Please do not let this injustice happen. I was certain that something like this might occur—that's why I documented everything. I kindly ask that you carefully review all four forum threads and prevent me from losing my house.
Instead of receiving support while trying to prove my innocence through the proper channels, I ended up being subjected to even greater injustices. I don’t want to lose everything I have worked for.
