Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 178476 will receive a punishment for RDM (GR6.15)
(As seen in the POV he started shooting without any RP)
However
ID 175608 will receive a punishment for PG + RDM
As seen in the POV, you committed PG by opening the map and picking up animal skin while holding an AR in your hand.
Furthermore, even if someone commits a rule violation such as RDM, it does not justify responding with another rule break.
