I’ve been banned for over 500 days, and I would like to explain the situation and kindly request a review of my case.
At the time of the ban, I had two different Steam accounts. One day, I accidentally signed into my secondary Steam account and couldn’t find my main account with auto-login, which made me panic. Thinking something was wrong, I created a new account. Later, I remembered I had a second Steam account, so I logged into it and found my main game account there.
Unfortunately, my main account is the one that is banned. I now realize the confusion and mistakes that led to this situation, and I assure you it was not intentional. I'm more than willing to provide any information needed to verify my identity and clear up the misunderstanding.
Please consider reviewing my case and lifting the ban on my account.
