Life story:
Rex was born and raised in a crowded city in Turkey. Growing up, he always had a deep respect and admiration for the police force. After graduating high school in Los Santos, he joined the police academy and worked hard to become a top performing officer. Rex is known for his dedication to his work, his courage and his talented life. He has a deep desire to serve and protect his community and takes pride in doing so with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Rex's career has been marked by many accomplishments and helping to reduce crime in his area. Carrer story:
After joining the GOV Rex saw that his world became much bigger than he thought. He experienced terrorist bombing killed huge amount of innocent people, he saw child abusers getting away just because they have a strong political connection. This world broke Rex from the inside. One night in a operation he caught a murdered who killed his sister's rapist and several gang members and was about to make his next move before getting caught. Rex saw revenge on his bloody eyes remembering him how his father killed his mother by torturing day by day. Rex that he will provide him money and underworld informations if Rex let him go this time.
Outcomes:
1- Rex can kidnap or kill any suspects/individuals, allowing him to break IC rules. (With an IC reason)
2- Rex can smash and break bodycams and radios and find hidden ones to cover his track. (/try commands, 2 times per situation)
3- Rex's criminal past grants him the freedom to engage in various illegal activities without fear of repercussions such as killing people ruthlessly in ghetto like gangsters with his face covered. He can also use his position in GOV to raid his enemies by using all means such as trapping them in crimes.
4- Rex Can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG) or illegal weapons, both on and off duty, expanding his arsenal as he sees fit.
5- Rex can take contracts of criminals to help them escape or start a prison break. (With Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily).
6 - Rex can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
