Hello Mr. Pablo Schmidt, the reason for the ban is that my brother and I opened five different accounts on different computers, but using the same account. Because we didn't know the rules and didn't know the same account was open, this happened. Of the five accounts, I used only two, and my brother used two as our main and side accounts. We only played with our own accounts. I've been banned for a while and I want to get back into the game. I've spent a lot of time and effort. I kindly ask you to lift my ban. If we can talk to a Turkish administrator on Discord, I can explain it better. Thank you for your interest.
