Additional information

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Answer: I've really enjoyed my time in Grand RP, especially in EMS where I've been role-playing as an ARO and assisting others. But I've seen a lot of beginners struggling with the basics or players getting into trouble without quick help, some corruptness in city, and it makes me want to step up as an admin to guide them and keep things smooth. Leaving full RP would be a shift, but I'm motivated to contribute more by enforcing rules fairly and supporting the community—it's about making the server better for everyone, especially new people.
2. What are your strengths?
   Answer: I'm patient and good at explaining things clearly, which helps when dealing with confused players or resolving issues. I'm also reliable and stay calm in tricky situations, drawing from my EMS experience where quick thinking matters.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   Answer: Sometimes I become emotional in heated situations, which is by weakness my judgment if I'm not careful. Also, because I'm pursuing my BE IT degree, I have less time for this role, but I always do my best to stay efficient and make the most of my 4-5 hours online each day.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   Answer: From my time in EMS as ARO, I've got hands-on experience with server mechanics, helping players, and spotting potential rule breaks. I'm quick to learn tools or commands, and my IT studies mean I'm comfortable with tech stuff like Discord moderation or basic troubleshooting. Plus, I can bring ideas for newbie guides or events to help beginners feel welcome.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
   Answer: Yes, no business holdings
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
   Answer: University from IC (09:00 to 16:00) 5 days in a week. So it is problem that i give only 4-5 Hours in a day.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   Answer: Even though my level is 8, I've been active in EMS and focused on quality RP, helping others along the way. I have a clean record with no punishments, and I'm genuinely excited to help beginners and players in trouble—it's why I want this role. If there's a chance for an interview, I'd appreciate it to discuss more.
