Hello there, I know this will not be reviewed in time of the 60 minutes. But I want to defend myself in this situation because I did not do anything at all. I follow all the laws and follow all the rules within the city. And with this situation I was not spamming the club chat at all, I sent one message to let people know we were towing and I made a simple error and had caps lock on, as you can clearly see from the lowercase letter at the start and everything else being capitalized. I did send a message in city and asked to be muted for the simple error
her or his response (I have no idea who this is) was to appeal on forums. I am just asking for this not to happen again, and people shouldn't be punished for simple errors. I would understand if I was spamming capital letters every two minutes but that was not the case with this. Thank you.
