this is my first punishment and i am sorry for what i have done didnt knew that aiming a gun is bug abuse can you please reduce or lift my ban for this time only promise will never happen again

Even tho the Roof itself is not having issues of accessibility, in this case you abused first person / weapon aiming to stay outside of the zone, because otherwise it would have put you inside of the Zone. Spots which are hard to reach / only to reach by abusing weapon aiming count as bug abuse, so the punishment is not incorrect.
