Rejected Gave me jail without any reason.

I am a new player, i have proper check on internet that if there are 70% of sunlight area i can plant solar also i did that on the hill and there are no trees beside it and also a clear area. Then why giving me jail for 2 hours reason UV. At least they can give me a warning. Im new I its common I dont have full of knowledge. I want justice.
