Dear Admin Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a recent ban I received under Anticheat #934.
To be honest, I was surprised by the action taken, as I was simply playing with my friends. At the time, we were working on a carvan task, and I was to route to collect another carven using a family member’s vehicle when the anti-cheat system suddenly flagged me. I want to clarify that I have not used any kind of cheat or exploit. I’m fairly new to roleplay and have made sure to read through the server rules carefully. To the best of my knowledge, I haven’t done anything that would warrant a ban.
I respectfully ask for a review of my situation and hope you’ll consider lifting the ban.
I genuinely enjoy the server and the roleplay experience it offers, especially the interactions with my family group. Thank you for your time and understanding. I accept money wipe if it need.
