I have a solid experience in gang rp and i also understand the importance of rules
I’m confident in my ability to lead the East Side Ballas with a balance of discipline and strategy.
I aim to build a loyal, active crew focused on high-quality roleplay, consistent turf control, and dominance in criminal activities. My goal is to make East Side Ballas one of the most feared and respected gangs on the server.
I'm not in it for quick power. I want to build a legacy tight structure, clear communication, and smart moves that keep the Ballas on top for the long run
☆ Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization ☆
Attend all events to stay active and visible.
Regularly do robberies and RP situations to stay engaged.
Be the most active gang in the city through consistent presence.
Enforce gang rules and boundaries to keep structure and discipline.
Control 100% of turf and graffiti to show dominance.
Complete the full leadership term to ensure stability.
Promote only capable members to deputy roles for strong leadership.
Participate in as many events as possible while following server rules.
Minimize member mistakes by guiding and educating the gang.
Have a clear vision for growth and create RP that improves the gang’s experience.
