Dear Administration Team,
First of all, I’d like to clarify that this is not a complaint against the administrator involved. I fully respect his decision and understand he is simply following the rules. I’m only posting here because there is no unban forum available.
I’m writing this post to appeal a ban I received for violating event rule 1.7, which requires all participants in circle events to record their POV and retain it for 48 hours.
On the day of the event, I started recording as usual before entering the circle. Everything was working fine we went to the roof to hold our spot and waited for the event to happen. However, during the final minute, my PC suddenly started acting up (drop fps, freezing...). I didn’t think much of it and kept hiding. Right after I was killed, my screen went black and all system audio stopped, including Discord and Spotify. My entire PC had crashed.
After a hard restart, I checked my recordings and saw that the video was corrupted. I tried to recover the footage using third-party software but i was only able to retrieve two partial clips, the rest remained unrecoverable.
I didn’t kill anyone during that event I’m not even that good in combat. I mostly just hang out with friends or explore the city. After the crash, I honestly didn’t think it was a big deal since I hadn’t done anything significant. A day later, I was surprised to receive a POV request accusing me of bug abuse, which I believe was a misunderstanding.
I’ve been part of this project for a few years now and have built many friendships along the way. This was my first ever POV request, as shown in my forum history.
All I ask please is that my case be reviewed with the crash in mind. I understand that PC issues aren’t always an excuse, but they are also not something I can control. Still, I respect whatever final decision you feel is best for the integrity of the server.
P.S. All the POV clips I managed to recover are included in this post plus the proof of the corrupted video for reference.
Best regards,
Anthony

Approved - Pov Req + Bug abuse I 18475
When I killed him, the number of families testing did not decrease, and he did not leave the field. Most likely entered the area somehow using a bug abuse. The roof they climbed onto should already be off-limits. Twenty-five people made a mistake. The server developers removed the stairs to...
