Life Story:
Mike was born in the ghetto of Los santos, His parents were divorced and he stayed with his father. His father became involved in the streets, and mike was focused on his school and was actually a good student whom the teachers all loved. Things were all good until mike started to get bullied in school, He was a quiet kid who minded his business so he didn't understand why he was being picked on. One day Mike was bullied to the point where he went to one of his days friends who was in a gang and asked him to help scare the bullies away. From that moment mike was involved in the streets and started to get into fights more often, stopped going to school, Started smoking weed until one day he got arrested by LSPD for beating someone almost to death. He then on decided that he wanted to change his ways and go back to his studies to study philosophy. His father ended up passing away from wounds he got in a fight, Mike suppressed his emotions and stayed on his studies to not think about his father passing. Mike started getting calls from old friends and he didn't want go back to who was before but do old habits die easy...
Career story:
After graduating college mike was offered a position at LSPD where he worked his way up to a respected position. Mike started to lead units at situations and he was comfortable doing so as he has experience in the streets. He knew how to move in the streets as a officer and his old habits slowly started to come back. Mike started to lose his patience more often, he started to smoke, But this didn't stop him from doing his work. He actually excelled at being an officer because of his street knowledge. Mike was then contacted by the director of FIB and was offered a position as an agent, Mike accepted and started to be more into the streets as an undercover agent. This made it easier for him to do favors in the streets for his advantage, and that's what Mike did. Mike started to commit crimes at a different level.
Outcomes:
1- Mike can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff )
2- Mike can lie to 10-15's about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
3- Mike can cuff, torture and/or break bodycam of 10-15's. ( with IC/RP reason )
4- Mike can attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam)
5- Mike can arrest someone for fake charges (with RP reasons)
6- Mike can break IC laws for reasons to benefit him
