Bayram born 13.08.1961 on sunny barcelona day he is average kid on his hood but once up on a day his dad just left his family so bayram needs to be a man of his family so he started working life earlier then his peers he worked in car engine shop like 7 years and one day when he wake up he saw that the shop burned down because of customer without proper fix of engine his boss was so sad he lost all of his accumulation that he gained for all his life so he decide to suicide hisself. bayram was shocked about this news he lost all his life in 2 days his job just taken from him and his boss who is second dad for him just killed hisself so he decide to kill the customer who made all of this happen he went to home and take his dads old revolver gun reloaded it and went to hookah cafe that customer always going he sit front of him and ordered an americano bayram asked customer why did you burned the shop and customer replied you deserved it because your service was not that good bayram said his boss suicide hisself beacuse of his act and customer laughed and shop is not the thing who got burried when bayram heard this he get up from the sit and pointed gun on customer all cafe was stairing on them and bayram said you are right shop is not the thing just burried and shoots 6 bullet inside revolver to his head and then he just run out and left the city and went to los santos as an unregistered refugee.

when he went to los santos america he found a job on burger king and started frying potatoes cooking meat balls but one day fat police officer came to burger king and asked for double bigmac menu bayram was so shocked and looking at officer who looks so cool so he decide to apply on being rookie officer at los santos police department he applies and they calls him for an interwiew when he passes the basic interwiew they hire him with low salary and long shifts he tows cars and gives tickets and when the day come they promote him he is a rookie trying to arrest drug sellers and bust drugs all along the city one day he finds a drug seller and starts chasing him but drug seller drives out of his jurisdiction but he dont cares and keep chasing he founds 10 kilos of heroine from his trunk and he got his first promotion to patrol officer 1 like this after years and years he gets a lot of promotion and he just be task force operative but he is bored from all chaos of the city of los santos so he decide to take transfer to san andreas highway patrol they transfer him as a us marshall to sahp and after serving 35 years on paleto bay he just been head of department of highway patrol he knows everywhere every drug seller every location of prostitution in paleto bay but after years of leo he decide to be a corrupt officer
Outcomes:
1. Bayram can start prison breaks, and use darknet to release people with contract (Only for contract through darknet).
2. Bayram can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3. Bayram can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Bayram can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5. Bayram can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Bayram can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Bayram can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8. Bayram can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
9. Bayram can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
10. Bayram can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
