2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I have spent many days being deputy in EN-2 & EN-3 I have past experience as 3x Deputy in EN-2 and 2x Deputy in EN-3 with this experience i think i am capable of handling gang and making it best in the city
-Due to good knowledge of rules i would make best out of my gang member and boost RP in EN-3
-As i think having good deputies is must so i will bring best of best deputies for my gang which have good experience of all server which will boost the RP too and will personally form a team of trainer which will tell new comers about rules like a department
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-No favourtism will be allowed everyone have to give interview for their respective rank
-No toxicity will be allowed
-Highcommands will first give valid IC proofs to fire , demote and blacklist some
-I will try to form department so that all the above points are being follow throughout the organisation
