Ans:
Reason 1: Grand RP has been the driving force behind my gameplay for the past 3 years. Reason 1: Throughout time, I have learned about all the departments and their operations. I am now a leader and I feel more motivated to help lead this organization forward.". Every day, I endeavor to give everyone a fair opportunity.

Reason 2: I know the procedures of the department. Why? It's my purpose to aid new members and ensure proper execution of tasks.... I believe that a team is essential to creating ties of unity and support for all members of the group.

Reason 3: I am dependable, energetic and take my job seriously.'". I stay composed and keep my thoughts in check when things are going awry. The team I want to create is a respectful and strong group of individuals who are capable of leading.

Ans: Let's be real here the number one way to better roleplay is to keep your group organized & everyone knowing their spots. The training sessions will be beneficial, especially for newer people still manoeuvring their way through the response to different scenarios. Leaders should know that role play is a serious matter, and when they take their role plays seriously and set the example of good behavior others will definitely observe! I would want everything to be in a friendly and casual atmosphere for those around me to know they can ask things or experiment. Roleplay should feel as real
