we were near PH issuing fines to offenders catching through radar, this guy started provoking us, then after he stopped his car and started shooting at us, at ts 0:27 you can see that he knew he is on low health, so he blew airhorn, which gave him advantage to kill me, this is fail rp.

also he was revving his car on grass, its ub driving.
