Life Story:​

Habibi was born in Pillbox Hill Medical Center. He never had a chance to see his parents as they had abandoned him and left. But his uncle took Habibi has his own child and raised him but unfortunately one day when he was walking around the neighborhood he got caught in a shootout between Law Enforcement Officers and Gangs and died. Habibi heard it on the LIVE coverage of the shootout on Life Invaders. Habibi developed hatred against Law Enforcement Organization for not saving his Uncle. He also developed hatred against Gangs for killing his innocent uncle. He decided to become a police officer in an attempt to take revenge from gang members who killed his uncle. He became a well know police officer everyone liked him he enjoyed his life but he was not getting paid enough for the job he was doing, so he found many additional ways of making money and he created relations with dealers who became is close friends. He worked with them and smuggled drugs to prisoners and he leaked information to drug dealers to evade getting arrested.

Carrer Story:​

Habibi joined the National Guard at the beginning and got trained but during his days at the National Guard he was not satisfied with his job so he was not sure which org should he transfer to and after thinking for some time he had decided to request a transfer to The Los Santos Government (GOV). He climbed the ranks with patience and hard work. he created good relations with other agents and was well known. Habibi bought a new apartment in Los Santos that when he met his neighbor for the first time he was called Surya, after talking with him for a few months and they became close friends. After all that time Surya felt comfortable enough to tell Habibi that he was a drug dealer and was part of a gang. Surya offered Habibi to work with him so he could get more money. Habibi refused at first but after thinking, he decided to work with Surya.
Habibi worked as a drug dealer and delivered drugs inside prison for prisoners. He even helped Surya get drugs from submarines and Surya collected tons of drugs from submarines. Habibi also helped him to deliver it to his clients safely. Habibi caught another officer being corrupt but he did not arrest him and decided to make him help Surya in his business. Habibi was never caught as he was known for being a good officer and he had a lot of friends so Habibi took advantage of his good reputation to not get caught and he had good connections with a lot of gang members and he also had good relations with a lot of lawyers and leaders so his chance of getting caught was so minimal.

Outcomes:
1. Habibi can take bribes (up to $100,000 or ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth 100k as bribe).
2. Habibi can leak information to criminals . (in exchange for money or favors).
3. Habibi can break his friends out of prison. (Only with darknet task or USB once per day).
4. Habibi can let suspects run away if they are his friends/family. (taking bribe of 100k).
5. Habibi may break any and all IC laws as he wishes.
6. Habibi can buy/sell illegal stuff ( no org weapon).
7. Habibi has the same ability to frighten and disrespect to anyone as gang members do.(Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8. Habibi can lie to 10-15s about calling a lawyer and refuse to show id to the 10-15.
9. Habibi can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones. ( using /try 2 times per situation ).
10. Habibi can detain/arrest anyone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
