Hello,
Two players trespassed inside SAHP backyard by opening doors while they are off duty it is not possible to open doors while off duty without IC reason and abusing their powers and they failed to perform RP at the same time power gaming also will be considered up to my knowledge, depends on your decision.
(Note: As per my knowledge only state employees of FIB and GOV can open doors of all orgs and there is no chance to citizens that they can open doors of state orgs.)
