I'm undercover on the highway, looking for anything suspicious - crime family, gangs, or whatever. I thought they were going to give me pullover demands, so I drove past. They follow but still no demands when I drove back again because I thought they were being very suspicious, they were out of their car shooting at me, again with no demands or any reasons.
