1. Leader of the Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I’ve served in some of the highest positions across major law enforcement and military bodies — including Commander in the National Guard, U.S. Marshal in SAHP, Head of Department in LSPD, and Federal Agent in FIB. This has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement, tactical command, and inter-agency coordination. With this experience, I know how to lead from both the frontlines and behind the scenes, and it can help me to maintain professionalism inside the organisation — ensuring operations are efficient, organized, and roleplay remains immersive and professional.

2.2 My goal has always been to improve and maintain high-quality roleplay. As someone who has climbed the ranks through real involvement and contribution, I value discipline, structure, and realism. Being a leader would allow me to shape the organization’s RP environment — training members to handle scenarios correctly, maintain character integrity, and deliver serious RP situations, scenario-rich RP to the server community.

2.3 I’m not just here to lead — I’m here to build. I want to develop a well-structured system that encourages growth from cadet to high command, ensures fair promotions, and recognizes efforts. My focus would be on creating solid SOPs, hosting joint training with other orgs, and ensuring our members feel part of something professional and respected in the city.

2.4 LSPD should not be a group of random officers/people; it should be a proper org where each rank has responsibility and value. I will introduce a clean structure with clear tasks, expectations, and goals. Promotions will be based on performance. Officers will know what is required to move forward. High commands will be active, helpful, and involved in teaching/mentoring others.

2.5 I don't just want members to log in and patrol; I want them to enjoy being a part of something meaningful. Everyone will be given a chance to grow. For example, if someone enjoys RP in the SWAT department, they will get proper training and involvement. People will feel valued, recognized, and motivated to stick with LSPD.

2.6 Right now, legal RP often falls behind criminal RP in terms of planning and quality. I wanna change that. I want LSPD to become an org known for realistic RP and professional behavior.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 To improve the roleplay level in the organization, my focus would be on discipline, structure, and immersion. First, I would implement regular RP-based training sessions that cover real-life protocols, tactical callouts, radio communication, and scene management for different departments accordingly. Every cadet will be trained in tactics for high-risk operations. How to handle stops, arrests, and intense situations. We will have an interview and performance-based promotions.

3.2 I believe in rewarding good RP and mentoring those who need improvement. Promoting based on performance, not just time served, creates motivation to improve. I’d also push for collaboration with other orgs (e.g., SAHP, EMS, FIB, NG) to create dynamic and city-wide RP events, which enrich the experience for everyone.3.3 Everyone will be treated fairly. If someone breaks RP standards and misbehaves, they will get clear and polite feedback. If they break any ORG rule, they will gett a verbal warning or a strike according to the rule broken. If they don't show intent to correct their mistake, it may lead to being fired from the organization.

3.4 I will accept member feedback and always be open to listening and improving myself, too. Chief and Deputy Chief will personally reach out and plan RP operations with other LEO( SHAP and FIB). This will include joint trainings, shared investigations, and trooper act (joint jurisdiction) with SAHP. It will not only improve RP but also build better relationships, which can help us when needed in any situation.
