2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become a leader of The Los Santos Vagos because I want to lead a gang which has great street reputation, and I have have experienced in both the aspect (Leos and gang) of the city and personally I love to be in gangs and gained more experience in gang being Under deputy in most of the gang (bloods, Ballas, Families, Marabunta). I believe I can maintain that aggressive yet tactical identity that Vagos is known for.
2.2 I have done a lot of things in my RP life being in gang, observing many of my friends becoming leader and i they have helped to learn and develop my leadership qualities and shaped my decision-making and team handling skills. I always wanted to be on highest rank in gangs, if I become a leader, leads me to achieving my goals. I known how to maintain discipline, manage turfs, and keep members active in ghetto and engaged.
2.3 I want to build Vagos that strikes fear through presence and unity, not just violence. A gang which will be well-organized, my all members to enjoy RP while following rules and showing loyalty to the gang. My aim is to create a gang that communicates, operates smartly, and has strong bonding on and off the streets.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 Appoint skilled and responsible Deputies: I will carefully choose my deputies who are mature, and has a great experience in gangs. They Should known how to deal with situations calmly and smartly. Deputies will be giving special responsibilities like, monitoring gang's members performance, handling recruitment with proper and long effective interviews, and supervising ghetto activity and other activities. This will help to maintain order, reduce confusion and conflicts within the gang members.
3.2 Keep the Ghetto Active and Engaging: The ghetto is the heart of any gang members, it should be always alive. I will encourage my gang for regular activities like- Ghetto Clapping, Robbing, Highway Robbing, Taking Hostage, etc. This makes the area feels dangerous and attracts other gangs and leos to engage for a real RP situations. Making ghetto busy and alive, brings respect and helps to build gang's reputation and identity.
3.3 Promoting Realistic RP situations: As I have noticed many of them into a habit of "shoot first, think later" which leads to a situation failure. My goal is to encourage my gang members to engages more in RP situations instead of shootouts. Setting up robbery, coordinate highway robberies, store robbery and hostage situations. Members will be taught to communicate better and think before acting. Not only this improves induvial RP but also gives Vagos a smarter, more feared reputation.
