Life story:
Maxx Specterr was born in a narrow alley of a crowed South India town. In his life, poverty was a permanent tenant. His childhood was soaked in fear, anger and chaos. Every night, his alcoholic father returned home, fully drunk, only to unleash his fury on Maxx's mother. The walls of their house echoed with screams and pain every night. Maxx never cried, he just watched and remembered. His only solace was his elder brother Rocky, whose presence gives Maxx a sensation of sanctuary. Rocky was strong, fearless, and protective. Every night when their father comes to home, Rocky use to locked himself along with Maxx to protect him on his mother order. For Maxx, his elder brother was everything and was his idol. He wanted to become like his elder brother. Maxx was very intelligent and was a quick learner. Rocky had sacrifice his entire childhood to give his younger brother a better life and education. He told Maxx, "Power is the only language that people understand. If you have power, you will become the king." These words etched themselves into Maxx's mind like scripture. At age of 17, tragedy struck. Rocky died in a street altercation while defending a girl from a local thug. That day, something in Maxx snapped, and something else awakened. He swore he'd never be powerless again.
Career story:
After completed his schooling, Maxx went to Los Santos and joined the Police academy with clear goal: control and power. He was smart, disciplined and quickly completed his training. He then joined sheriff department as Master Trooper and he worked hard, had a quiet intensity that impressed his seniors, rising quickly through the ranks. But deep inside, his childhood had planted darker seeds-seeds of manipulation, dominance, and survival. His turning point came during a raid on a highway side local store. He saw the money, the influence, and the desperate shopkeeper begging for deals. That day, he didn't file a report. Instead, he took a cut and walked away-unnoticed.
From then on, Maxx became a master of double games. He created networks of informants, many of whom were Highway mafias and criminals he let roam free in return for loyalty. He orchestrated "fake encounters" to eliminate threats while covering up the truth with doctored evidence.
With every crooked deal, his power grew. Businessmen and mafias paid him on other hand criminals feared him. The same society that once looked down on his family now saluted him with folded hands.
Behind his sunglasses and spotless uniform, was a man who still remembered every scream his mother once made. He thought of his brother often, telling him, "i'm doing what Rocky never could-I'm surviving." Maxx never had regrets. For him, corruption wasn't evil, it was a shield, a weapon, a necessity for his survival. He controlled the City's highways from the shadows, wearing the badge and uniform of justice while pulling the strings of power.
Outcomes:
1. Maxx can take bribes (up to \$100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Maxx is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Maxx can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. Maxx can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
5. Maxx carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking (/try applies duct tape on the mouth - 2X / situation)
6.Maxx can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Maxx can help prisoners to do Prison Break by providing them usb in exchange of money.
8. Maxx can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. (no targeting or PG)
9. Maxx can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
