I openned a forum today, And the ID s was 131153 and 196140.

131153 got punishment for PG thats the reason why i openned forum but,

ID 196140 was patching someone while holding a gun it's clearly seen in my pov but he didin't get any punishment for that.

Im requesting what was the reason he didin't get any type of punishment.
