- Weekly scenario-based role-playing exercises, in which participants experience real-life scenarios like citywide emergencies, VIP escorts, or cooperative operations with other departments (such as LSPD or EMS), are something I would implement. Each drill would include deep briefings where members receive constructive feedback on their RP performance.
- Work with other departments, such as GOV or LSPD or SAHP to plan frequent RP events. Everyone will find RP more engaging as a result of the more realistic scenarios created and the enhanced cooperation.
