Dear Grand RP Administration,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully appeal the punishment I have received regarding a recent incident, which I believe may have been based on incomplete or manipulated information.
First of all, no report was publicly published in the forum, which has left me with no opportunity to defend myself properly or respond to the claims made against me. I do not know whether the other party edited their bodycam footage or omitted any parts to serve their narrative. I believe this undermines fairness and transparency, especially when a punishment is involved.
In the specific situation, I was attempting to steal a car from this player. Instead of reacting or making any in-game effort to resist (as is expected in RP scenarios), the player did not act at all, then suddenly claimed that he would punish me despite the fact that he was already dead. His behavior clearly mixed real-life authority with in-game events, which violates proper RP conduct.
Furthermore, the entire sequence of events shows no realistic attempt at self-defense or any reaction that would make sense within the roleplay environment. It felt more like targeted behavior meant to bait or trap players and report them later, rather than engaging in genuine RP. I believe this approach is harmful to the server community and promotes mistrust.
With all due respect, I kindly ask that the situation be reviewed again. If a report exists, I would like to see the full bodycam and be given the right to respond to it. It is crucial that we as players are not judged based on selectively edited videos or undocumented accusations.
