Seems like a legit way to steal a car. All in POV.
I went to GOV to get my Gun license (having not been in the city a long time). Obviously trying to steal my car as its not got insurance yet (fair enough). And this was my first interaction back in grand. Getting rammed at this speed out of a GZ doesn't seem like a very realistic way of stealing a car to me.
