Since when was this considered Fail RP rather than UB for "talking while dead"?? In the second I was killed was the same time I muted my mic, it is not as if I was laying there on the ground talking to people while unconscious. This is a pretty heavy handed punishment. This is now the 3rd time I have gotten a warning over something like this. Literally in the same frame before the count down even began I closed my mic, how is this a warning let alone UB talking while dead.

Like I could understand if I was laying there for several seconds and just yappin then yeah for sure talking while dead surely applies. Here is several forums where someone is laying there for far longer and just talking while dead: Approved - Fail Rp + GR 3.1 + 3.2 (Need Turkish Admins.) | 116437 Approved - Fear RP, Fail RP, MG | 288827 and even though these are two separate incidents from two separate servers, they are both EN servers and there is a clear difference in what they did as per the example and what I did per this situation.
