2) Why Do You Want To Be The Leader Of This Specific Organization?
2.1 I’ve been playing Grand RP for over a year now, and after being part of various criminal,government and private organizations — and continously playing in city and I have been part of criminal familes from the moment I want to be gangstar and this is my chance to be one so I would like to leader of families. Also green is my favourite colour.
2.2 Since its been a very long time while playing GRP I came across various criminal, state and private I exactly know how each org works and whats the proper role of that org, this will come in hand also will help me during my leadrship for proper roleplay.
2.3 After being in gangs and attendend almost every events I know exactly what to do in situation where most of the the people fumble.Also after being leader of gang I will make that I make a name for myself and will let my gang to be dead I will ensure that all of my gangmates follow proper roleplay and do not break rules
3. My advice as a leader is as follows:
1. Every person who wants to join the organization must have at least 6 years of IC age.
2. Before inviting anyone to the gang, high commands must conduct an interview and ask basic RP-related questions.
3. Toxicity and disrespect will not be tolerated — anyone found guilty will face serious consequences.
4. The bonus system will be organized and fair. I will make sure that everyone who participates in events receives their bonuses on time.
5. I will stay committed and ensure that I complete the full term as leader.
