Hello,
I have to use a VPN in order to play the game, because I simply can't connect or play without it. I’ve even opened a topic on the technical forum about this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a solution yet. I’ve also included a video as proof of the problem.
Also, the date of the ban appears to be incorrect — I was able to play the game just last night.
I kindly ask you to consider this situation and remove my ban.
