Dear Admin,
I was recently banned for 60 days for using an illegal Redux, and I want to sincerely apologize for the situation. I truly didn’t know that the Redux I was using was considered illegal. It’s an old visual mod that I had installed a while ago for better visuals like rain, grass, lighting, etc. , and I wasn’t aware it removed or affected the black-and-white death animation. I honestly thought that missing effect was just a glitch caused by an update or something similar I never meant to gain any unfair advantage.
I understand the rules are in place to keep the server fair for everyone, and I respect that. I hope you can see that this was not intentional misuse, and it was only a visual mod with no gameplay enhancements. If I had knowingly used something unfair, I wouldn’t be writing this appeal I care about this community and want to continue playing the right way.
I kindly request you to review my case and consider reducing or lifting the ban. Also, I’d like to suggest that GR 4.1 could be split into clear categories based on the severity of visual or software modifications for example, a lighter penalty for minor visual issues, and heavier ones for aim-assist or gameplay-altering software. This might help avoid confusion and better guide players in the future.
