Dear, Higher ups
I got banned for GR 3.1 and GR 3.2, and I truly regret my actions
I apologize for my mistake which have been done by me
my intention is not to deceive anyone.I got angry because of that
person,and I acted wrongly.I kindly request you to reduce my ban.
I have never been banned before this.This is my first offense,and
I truly understand my mistake.I hope you will consider my request.
