Hello Dear Seniors

Today I got 1 warning for this: Approved - HELI VDM 13368 in this forum you can see an active gun store robbery by MaraBunta Grande there FIB tried to landed on the roof and killed 1 gang memebr mistakly, im here today to Appeal this punishment by showing my POV and to explain my side: so the plan was to take over the gun store roof by landing 2 helis and pushing the Ledder,

as you can see in my POV i was flying above the gun store and when LSPD took the Department i landed,
on this small roof there was at least 15+ gang memebrs and where i landed was the only place that looked clear for me so i landed there and only 1 gang memebr run in to my Propellers and got killed

as you can see in the POV it was a mistake and wrong timing by both of us, If I had attempted to win the store by doing VDM, I would have completely crashed the helicopter
and killed At least five memebrs but that was not my intention. i tried to had clear landing However, it turned out to be impossible.

I am sorry for the man who was killed in this accident, but it was unintended for VDM. Therefore, I kindly request your Appeal.

You can land heli on roof. You cannot land heli on head of other people. Leader punishment gives warning.
