To recapture their former glory and strength, the Marabunta Grande gang put an end to internal disputes and changed their leader. Efe even changed his name to Blueman, inspired by the colors that gave life to the gang’s streets. Efe was born in a small island town in Turkey, but his family’s bloodline had a different surprise in store for him. Although they appeared to be peaceful farmers, Efe’s family had deep ties with gangs in the past — some even held leadership positions. Determined to shed light on his past once more, Efe was set on leading a gang again. With this goal, he began taking steps to reclaim his place as the gang’s irreplaceable leader, calling back the loyal members who would give their lives for the cause and relying on the methods he had once used to run his former gang. After taking over the gang’s leadership, Efe quickly got to work, making significant moves on the streets. People once again began whispering the name of this glorious gang, ready to risk their lives for a chance to join them.

As mentioned above, Marabunta Grande’s plan was to dominate all the gangs and seize complete control of the ghetto. Once they achieved this, they had no intention of stopping — their goal was to push their plans beyond the ghetto and ultimately take control of the entire city. Efe’s insatiable ambition aligned perfectly with both Marabunta Grande’s desires and his own past.​
