Hello Admins,
In this situation, we were two officers responding to an ATM robbery. During the cuffing process, I accidentally cuffed my fellow officer while cuffing the suspect. I was completely unaware that I had done this at that moment.
I also could not hear my officer’s voice in-game due to a mic/voice issue. therefore, I asked him to come to the LSPD reception. There, he informed me that I had cuffed him by mistake, and we resolved my mic issue.
During this time, I apologized to the suspect for the delay, as I had no intention to cause it. After resolving the issue, I took the suspect to DOC properly and completed the arrest according to RP rules.
Despite this, I received an admin ban and 180 minutes prison time, which I believe is unfair. The suspect’s video only shows the part where I took extra time, making it look like Fail RP, without showing the full context and resolution of the situation.
I humbly request the admin team to review the full footage again. If I am found not guilty, please remove the punishment and restore my rank.
