2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1, I have been in Families many times before and always enjoyed it. It’s a great gang with strong activity and a very good HQ location which would help in better control in the ghetto. I want to keep that activity going and make it even better than all the other gangs. I have enough experience and support to lead Families and I believe I can keep the numbers high and make the gang even more active and fun for everyone.
2, I will try to make Families the most active gang in the ghetto. I plan to join every event, do regular hostage situations, store robberies and spread around the ghetto to take control. I want people to always notice us and know that Families are active and strong. My goal is to keep the gang busy with regular activities and events and always ahead of other gangs.
3, I will try to get atleast 70% in turfs without risking any warnings for the gang from the turf side. I will do my best not to miss a single event and keep the gang active in every way. I also want to make sure the gang stays friendly with no toxicity or conflicts with other gangs and last but not least i will make sure members follow the rules and work as a team to keep Families active, organized and at the top where it belongs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1, I will make sure that every member of this organization is more than level 5 and make sure people passed Normal interview process because im aware of favoritism inside this rp project i gained all of these ranks and deputy position by myself and im disgusted from all this people who got their ranks without deserving it. You can trust my sensitivity about favouritism
2, Ghetto clapping is the most important thing of increasing activity of organization because people want to join the term which claps them. We will make ghetto the most dangerous location of the city and people will be aware of making their routes to main ghetto and they will extend their ways for not entering main ghetto because of us
3, Third idea of mine is having a nice deputy team from different nations and time zones so all of my deputies can be helpful to players who play from different countries, because, if i get nice and fair deputies that can communicate and touch hearts of people, people would be loyal to us
