2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I wanna become leader of vagos because.In the streets the Vagos have always represented strength loyalty and surviving. I hold the gangs history and its significance in Los Santos in the highest regard. Being a leader means more than just maintaining power it also means preserving our culture proudly displaying our colors, and continuing the legacy of our forebears.
2. I think i have strong skills both in conflict and in peaceful situations. I know how to organize a team provide direction and make decisions that help the entire organization. Whether its managing operations holding territory or leading during a war I can handle pressure and take charge. I believe Vagos needs structure loyalty and someone who can create order from chaos. Im ready to be that person.
3. My goal is to create a close active and loyal community. I want every member to feel they have a purpose and a way to grow. This means improving recruitment, organizing operations better and providing members with reasons to stay active and involved. im not here just to take the spotlight Im here to create something larger than myself. A true Vagos family.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.To improve the RolePlay (RP) level within Vagos I would focus on creating a strong immersive culture. This culture would encourage creativity consistency and respect for the servers rules and atmosphere. Here's how I would approach it
2. Vagos should have a unique RP style that makes them different from other gangs. I would create a backstory code and culture for the gang that shapes how we dress speak and behave.
3.As Vagos leader, my aim is to elevate the RP level by creating a high quality, feared, and respected group not just for our strength but for the depth and realism of our stories We will be the group that brings heat to the streets yet also keeps it immersive serious and genuine to the servers instructions and vision. We will also try to active both ghetto at the same time.
