In En3, I have the experience of holding 26+ rank in every state organization I have served, which has given me the ability to manage people, resources, and situations effectively. I know how to keep an organization active day and night, no matter the circumstances. I am confident I can complete my entire term without a single warning or verbal. Having served as Deputy in 4 gangs, I’ve learned exactly how the other side operates — how they plan, how they react — and that gives me the edge to counter them in a smart and lawful way. My time in LSPD has made me fully aware of the importance of patrolling, visibility, and presence in the city, as well as the importance of discipline in keeping the force respected.

I have worked in almost every role an organization has to offer, from low ranks to high command, and I understand the importance of following rules at all times. Leadership to me is not just about giving orders — it’s about making decisions that benefit the organization now and in the future. I have plans and systems in mind that will keep LSPD more active, more efficient, and more respected than before. My focus will be on strengthening internal discipline, improving RP quality, and making sure every officer feels motivated and valued.

Keeping HR active 24/7 through a shift-based system so recruitment and training never stop.
Increasing weekly bonuses, paying them on time, and making the system transparent so members feel valued.
Conducting regular checks of the armory and logs, and ensuring all curator tasks are completed without delay.
Maintaining a minimum of 5 units at every event and 4 units at the gate to ensure strong and reliable presence.
As Chief, I will promote the consistent use of RP commands and encourage officers to create engaging scenarios, not just respond to them.
Maintaining healthy, respectful relations with other organizations to avoid unnecessary conflicts and meta situations.
Appointing experienced people to low-command positions so they can lead confidently and reduce dependency on high command for every situation.
Providing recruits with scenario-based training to prepare them for real situations and eliminate common mistakes.
Hosting monthly inter-org RP events and community outreach programs to keep LSPD visible and respected by civilians.
Introducing a mentorship system where experienced officers guide recruits in their first week, making adaptation faster and RP quality higher.
