   Before anyone gave a damn about the name Parseval ST, there was just Rex Hollow. He wasn’t born into money, power, or any kind of privilege just the noise and dirt of Los Santos. He bounced between couches, shelters, and the kind of streets where you either learned fast or ended up a name on a wall. It kicked off small, like it always does. A couple of friends, some quick jobs around Parseval Street stolen rides, dirty cash, running errands for crews that thought they owned the block. But Rex? He wasn’t built to take orders forever. He saw the cracks, the places nobody dared to touch, and he started thinking bigger. The name came easy. Parseval was where it began, “ST” was more than “Street.” It was Strength and Trust two things you can’t fake. Strength meant standing your ground when everyone’s pushing you to fall. Trust meant knowing the guy next to you wasn’t gonna turn the knife around. The crew grew because people knew what they were about. No flashy nonsense, no fake talk. Just business, done clean. Protection, docks work, boosting cars, moving product all of it handled quiet. And if someone crossed them? Well… let’s just say people learned not to. Rex didn’t build Parseval ST to be the biggest crew. He built it to last. If you wore the name, you didn’t just have backup you had a family. The kind that shows up no matter the time, no matter the heat. In Los Santos, money fades, crews vanish, but that name? That name sticks like blood on concrete.
