- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I want to become an admin because I want to help players and make sure the rules are followed so everyone can have a fair and enjoyable RP experience. I’m leaving RP-life to focus my time and energy on improving the server rather than playing. Also, I already have experience because I was Senior on Serbian server (Grand RP RS) and two time leader of crime.
- What are your strengths? I am calm, patient, and good at communicating with players. I learn quickly, know the rules well, and can be relied on to handle tasks consistently.
- What are your weaknesses? Sometimes I am too empathetic, which makes strict decisions harder. I can also take on too many tasks at once, which I am working to improve.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team? I can provide quick and friendly player support, enforce rules fairly, and resolve conflicts calmly. I work well in a team and adapt quickly to new tools and procedures.
