Hello Bobby or Floki,
I hope you're doing well. I would prefer Bobby or Floki to take this appeal to double check the situation as I feel I didn't do anything intentionally against the server rules. This Monday, I got banned for PC check by Bawan Broddy. He spent around 30 minutes PC checking me and found nothing connecting me to any cheats or software that would give me gameplay advantage over other players. After my ban, I spoke to Bawan in DMs where he told me it was because my prefetch folder was disabled and what I assume is this is from me optimising my PC. I never knew about this folder or its uses before so I was confused at the ban and asked if it's appealable, to which he said yes. I never knew what this folder was and whether it was enabled or not, I was so at a lost for this that I even asked chatgpt what this folder is for. I was an active player in the server, playing many events and gang turfs daily. I also play other games so optimised my PC so it can run everything smoothly. I didn't know it would mess with the files as I always tried to check and make sure my game is legal. I accept responsibility for my actions, I know any changes are on me but I hope I can be given a second chance considering this was not related to cheats or other illegal modifications to my game and only a mistake. I will return everything to normal settings and make sure that what I got banned for is enabled going forward and any changes I make is confirmed with a senior admin or PC checker. I am open to any PC check again or in future if needed to prove I am playing clean and without anything illegal. Thank you for your time and I hope you can at least consider reduction in my ban from permanent, if not an unban. Hoping for a positive response to this appeal!
