Life Story:
Smbat was born on a cold winter night into a poor family. His father worked and earned a living, but the money was not enough for them. Therefore, his father made a decision: he wanted his son Smbat to graduate and get a good job so that he could save the family from poverty. So Smbat was enrolled in school, but this school was attended by children from wealthy families, and the poor were oppressed there. Smbat was treated the same way. Sambat couldn't keep it inside and beat them up right there. He was expelled from school for beating them up, but he had made a decision: he would get a job and help his father. So he entered an auto repair shop. He worked there for years, and eventually his family was freed from poverty.
Career Story:
Smbat was born, grew up and developed, but the only thing that never changed was his dream of becoming a police officer. He told his father about this, and so his father enrolled him in the police academy. Smbat spent years there receiving training and learning everything there was to know. One day, he received a phone call with the good news: He had been assigned to the police force. His department was located in the dirtiest part of London, where he worked for one and a half years, neutralising many criminals and resolving every issue. He was advancing in his police career, but due to the stagnation there, he requested a transfer and came to Los Santos, where he joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol Department.
Outcomes:
1. Smbat can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not SAHP items, with additionals the suspect should follow fear rp)
2. Smbat can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it, and process without Miranda rights .
3. Smbat can break body cams and smash them up using /try commands , 2 per time. (following Gen rule 6.1)
4. Smbat can transfer illegal items to any citizen or suspect making a fake evidence against that suspect .
5. Smbat has exceptional driving skills and can go offroad with any vehicle, excluding supercars . ( Preventing UB driving )
