The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The LSPD Chief of police is trapped on the Air Craft Carrier after a long and difficult special mission that had been planned out by the law enforcement agencies but everyone had been murdered and he is the last survivor of the incident! The LSPD Chief managed to send out a signal for the search and rescue team so they can locate him and come to his rescue to come save him and get him back to safety! But due to a corrupt officer being on the state side, the information about the Chief being stuck on the carrier had been leaked to the gangs and they are now also aware that the LEO's are trying to the best of their ability to rescue the LSPD leader. The bandits will take advantage of this information that they have obtained and will try their best to take the leader as hostage but they end of running into the LEO's at the same time when they are trying to save the Chief and that resulted in a big fight between the law enforcement agencies and the criminals!
Both gangs and the state organizations will start from the cayo perico island but not near each other and they will use the helicopters that are provided for them to go to ACC.
Why this event:
I decided to do this event because of the very cool and fun idea in it that has a very interesting and enjoyable roleplay side to it and some good amount of thought has gone to the idea and creation of this event.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
The role of each organization involved in this event is to fight each other at the ACC to see who will win at the end!

Vehicles: Helicopters
Weapons: Assault Rifle Carbines
Admin Requirements:
Spawn vehicles, weapons, and armor and to teleport the players.
Rules of the event:
The players are not allowed to damage or kill their teammates.
Healing mid gunfight is not allowed and using personal weapons is also not allowed!
How is the event won?
State can win this event by eliminating all of the criminals and safely taking the LSPD Chief to the hospital to get him checked out and inspected to make sure nothing is wrong with him! Once they get to the hospital with the chief, they win.
The gang side can win this event by killing the leos and then taking the LSPD leader as hostage and having him get in their helicopter and if the gangs manage to successfully take the leader in the helicopter back to the cayo perico island then they win.
Prize for the winner:
$250,000 split between the winning side
