Responded to atm robery, chased a guy with tazer, got him in cuffs, he had gun in hand. As per rules he must remove gun from hand when in cuffs, proccedes to shoot and kill me.

It makes sense to happen IRL so it isnt failrp. In future dont remove his cuffs, just confiscate and wait till he is in a cell to remove balaclava.
