    Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I have been playing Grand RP for a long time, mostly on EN1 and EN3. I reached many goals on both servers and was a leader three times. I learned a lot about handling different situations, working with players and understanding the community. I think this experience and my dedication make me a good fit for the admin team especially on EN3.
    
    What are your strengths?: I’m a friendly and cooperative person who works well with others
    
    What are your weaknesses?: Getting angry easily
    
    What skills can you bring to the admin team?: I have got plenty of experience and work well with others as part of a team. My time i spent on EN1 and EN3 taught me how to handle all possible of situations calmly and professionally. With my leadership skills i gained and had in en 1, good communication skills, and good knowledge of the server rules, I think I would be a good addition to the EN3 admin team.
